Gender Identity and Personal Pronouns at UNM
The University of New Mexico is committed to inclusive excellence and diversity and seeks to take advantage of the rich backgrounds and abilities of everyone. (For more information regarding UNM’s commitment to diversity and tolerance see UNM Administrative Policy 2720 (Prohibited Discrimination and Equal Opportunity).

(For more about the initiative, see this article.) There are hundreds of systems across campus and modifying them to use gender identity and/or preferred pronouns will take time. This page shows which systems have been modified and how long it takes to see the data once it has been entered.
